Refund or Exchange for Major Problems:

You have the option for a refund or exchange if an item exhibits a major problem. This includes situations where the item:

• Has a problem that would have deterred someone from buying it had they known

• Is deemed unsafe

• Differs significantly from the provided sample or description

• Fails to perform as promised or as requested, and cannot be easily rectified.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item, and these costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Retain the original packaging in case of a return, as we cannot provide this separately. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary based on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged in Transit:

In accordance with Australian consumer law, we will replace any products that arrive damaged, faulty, or different from the description on our website. While we take extensive measures for packaging, shipping large, fragile items carries a risk of damage during transit, though rare in our case.

If your items arrive damaged, promptly contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing photos of the damage along with images of the original packaging. Please retain the packaging until sufficient evidence is provided to us.
